In particular, the authority indicated that The case was presented at the Alto del Maipo school on Isla de Maipo, where the school authorities they would have made the decision to close the venue until March 15.

In that sense, the teacher leader said that “This is like a chronicle of an announced death, we said it at the time, it seems very serious to us what the government is carrying out, trying to give a logic of normality when his own Ministry of Health is saying that the situation of problems (…) with everything that has to do with infections, is on the rise “.

He said that, as teachers, “We are extremely concerned and we believe that the government should be more concerned with effective protection and real of children and youth “.

Regarding the internal functioning protocols in schools and the restrictions for children, he indicated that “From several schools they have called us and they have told us that it has been difficult to control this logic of not being with another classmate, not hugging (…) if it is difficult for us among adults, think about how that is going to happen with our students “.
