The Ciudad del Niño Ricardo Espinosa Foundation filed a complaint against the former Sename official, accused of sexually abusing a 15-year-old boy in a Talcahuano home.

Complaints
The Ciudad del Niño Ricardo Espinoza Foundation joined the series of legal actions that have been filed in the case of a former official accused of sexual abuse against a minor.
The SENAME collaborating body and to which the residence where the 15-year-old was under protection belongs, learned of the events on August 7.
Roberto Valdés, attorney for the Ricardo Espinosa Children’s City Foundation, detailed that the 38-year-old educator was fired after completing an internal investigation and a complaint was filed against her for rape and sexual abuse.
One of the antecedents exposed in the diverse complaints, realized that the woman would be pregnant. Something that the Foundation’s lawyer denied, stating that they required tests that ruled out this situation.
The professional, meanwhile, reiterated that other 16 people were separated from the residence at the request of Sename, who asked to change a large part of the team.
