Plebiscite
During his speech, Piñera also referred to the plebiscite, calling on all citizens to participate, stating that “Our government respects both options.”

“We are convinced that The vast majority of Chileans want to perfect, modernize, change our Constitution. Because a Constitution has to be the great framework for unity, stability, and protection for countries in order to resolve our differences in a civilized way and move forward together towards the future, ”he said.
