PDI detains 15 people in motels in Osorno for putting public health at risk

Detectives of the Economic Crimes Squad of the PDI detained during the day this Saturday a total of 15 people in the city of Osorno.
This, in the framework of an audit together with officials of the Health Service and Labor Directorate due to the quarantine in force during the weekends in the city after going to Phase 2 of the Step by Step Plan.
This is how it was concurred to two motels located on Route-215, on the way to Puyehue, detecting that both enclosures were working despite not being considered in the area of essential premises.
In view of this, a total of 15 people were detained in both establishments, including clients, workers and the owner of one of the motels, for violation of the Article 318 of the Penal Code after endangering public health.
For its part, the health authority took two summaries for not having the corresponding protocols, also determining the closure of the motels.
