Paul Vásquez told through tears in “De tú a tú” that he suffered sexual abuse 40 years ago | TV and Show

Comedian Paul Vásquez participated in a new chapter of the program From you to you, led by Martín Cárcamo.

On the occasion, he took a tour of his life since childhood and the complex moments that he lived due to the shortage, which included days sleeping on the street.

“It is degrading, cold, on rainy days you walk … we would go to the Metro,” he recalled.

Sexual abuse

In the middle of the conversation, El Flaco made an impact by revealing a painful episode in his life: He was sexually abused when he was little.

“I said so and what”he blurted out, leaving Martin speechless.

Despite that episode, which he lived forty years ago, he assured that “there is no room in my heart for hatred, I am made to love, to care.”

Cárcamo asked him who abused him, to which he replied: “A *** bastard, a neighbor. Neither my daughters know, nor did I prepare them “He said, adding that his partner did know about this painful moment.

Paul Vásquez, 53, even recalled seeing him again at his mother’s funeral: “I accepted his condolences, I could have faced him but I was not able to”.

Finally, he tearfully told Martín that “I don’t know why I let him go,” criticizing himself for not having reported him to prevent that man from doing the same to other children.
