A man died after being stabbed, in the middle of a traffic altercation that occurred in the Rancagua commune, O’Higgins region, this Thursday, December 24.
The incident occurred around 1:40 p.m. at the intersection of Miguel Ramírez Avenue with San Joaquín Avenue, in the commune of Rancagua.
This afternoon a team of detectives from the Homicide Squad (BH) Rancagua, next to the prosecutor Pilar Moya, they went to the site of the event in order to carry out inquiries related to the homicide.
According to the first antecedents, the driver of a pickup truck had an altercation with the driver of another vehicle, which motivated both to get out of their respective cars, moments in which the first of them receives an attack with a cutting weapon, on the part of the second individual, which caused the injuries that would have taken his life.
Subsequently, the aggressor he would have gotten into the vehicle in which he was traveling at the time of the events, on the run with an unknown direction.
According to the information provided by the PDI, the fatal victim corresponds to a 31-year-old man, who was in the company of his mother and a minor at the time of being attacked.
At this time, the BH Rancagua is working to find the whereabouts of the perpetrator of the murder, for which continues to carry out procedures associated with registration and witness testimony registration, recovery of records from security cameras and gathering of evidence from the site of the event.
