The head of Minsal recalled that “the Supreme Court has ordered that two copies (A and B) of the records that are in Entel be generated and once that information is delivered to the Ministry of Health, copy B. Of that copy We must extract everything that has to do with national security and the rest of the information will be delivered, as ordered by the Supreme Court, without a doubt, ”he emphasized.
In the same sense, Dr. Enrique Paris revealed that “There are more than forty-nine thousand emails that must be checked and examine very carefully, to avoid the transmission of information that could affect national security ”.
Finally, trying not to leave doubts about an issue that has been conflictive, the Minister of Health explained that “we have formed a team, not only of lawyers, but also of specialists in information technology, to deliver these emails, complying with the indications of the Supreme Court ”.
