To avoid crowds in the enclosure, the protocol recommends implementing a system of advance reservation and online payment; asks to restrict the number of accesses available and only leave the main accesses enabled; enable an exclusive door for entry and another for exit and establish hand disinfection mechanisms in each one (alcohol or alcohol gel).

At the same time, it recommends implementing two daily shifts for the use of the swimming pools and an intermediate cleaning and disinfection shift in which there is no public access.

Regarding common areas, the Minsal text indicates that “In the enclosure a distance of 1 linear meter must be maintained between individuals” Y “The use of the mask is mandatory at all times, except when entering the pool.”

Besides this, the length of stay of a person in the pool “is recommended to be controlled”, in order to avoid crowds.

It also adds that “it is recommended to avoid the use of furniture that is removable in the common areas around the pool, such as tables and chairs”, and “The use of slides and water games is prohibited.”

Similarly, it prohibits the entry “with objects that can be shared, such as balls, inflatable objects or other similar objects.”

Furthermore, it points out that “The dressing rooms of the enclosure may not be used.”

For pool workers, protocol dictates that “ pool officials and the lifeguard they must have training on management and prevention of Covid-19 “.

Likewise, it recommends “carrying out a body temperature control and / or visual review of the general state of health of all the people who enter the place. In case of presenting symptoms, prohibit their entry.”

In this regard, remember that the main symptoms are: fever, that is, having a body temperature of 37.8 ° C or more; cough, shortness of breath (dyspnoea), chest pain, sore throat when eating or swallowing fluids (odynophagia), muscle aches (myalgia), chills, headache (headache), diarrhea, sudden loss of smell (anosmia) or taste (ageusia).
