This Sunday, the Ministry of Health delivered a new balance of figures related to the covid-19 pandemic that affects Chile.

In this sense, the health authority confirmed 1,600 new infections, 32 new deaths, bringing to a total of 446,274 infections since the pandemic began and reaching a total of 12,286 deaths as a result of the virus.

Minister Enrique Paris highlighted on this occasion the number of PCR tests carried out in Chile, exceeding 3 million, which means that the country leads this aspect at the regional level, as indicated.

In addition, Paris showed concern for the Magallanes region, which continues to rise in covid-19 cases, while taking advantage of the instance to highlight stories of patients who have recovered from the disease.
