Regarding active cases, the first place in the list is once again occupied by Concepción with 242, seconded by Los Ángeles (241), Talcahuano (193), San Pedro de la Paz (158) and Hualpén (133); among others.
The seremi of Health, Héctor Muñoz, indicated that in relation to the provision of critical beds in the public and private system of Bío Bío, there are evidence of “23 of 195 available ICU beds, and 26 of 153 available ICU beds, which correspond to an availability of the 12% and 17%, respectively; while the number of mechanical fans reaches 222, 96 of them available, which is equivalent to 43% “.
