“What we have are complaints that, obviously, are complaints that are being investigated, that both the Government and the police themselves, in this case the Carabineros, have made all the information available so that they can be clarified accordingly,” he added.

Along these lines, Minister Rodrigo Delgado added that “and if there are specific events, if there are events that are going to be and are being investigated, we will be respectful of those responsibilities that occur, but as a systematic policy of violation of human rights, that it has been discarded both locally and internationally ”.
