In this sense, the authority clarified that the initiative of the parliamentarians must be modified in certain parts, such as the application of taxes for high-income people.
“We are convinced that if a person who earns 5 million pesos, who does not need it and is withdrawing it today and does not even pay taxes, and they earn a tax benefit by putting them in an APV, that is unfair,” Monckeberg said.
