Schools continue to be added throughout the country that reopen their doors after closing due to the coronavirus pandemic.
That is how 52 educational campuses had planned to return to face-to-face classes this week, more specifically between last Tuesday, October 13 and next Friday, October 16. Thirty nine of these establishments are in the Metropolitan region Y 15 in other regions of the country, pointed out from the Ministry of Education (Mineduc) to Third.
Until Friday of last week, 88 educational establishments have resumed classes, so with these new openings there will be 140 campuses reopened in the country.

Until yesterday, 14 educational establishments had joined the reopening in regions, indicate from the portfolio.
On Tuesday 13 the first two openings were registered in the Biobío Region: these were the third and fourth half of the German and Verbo Divino School.
On the same day, nine openings were registered in the Los Ríos Region: Los Guindos Private School, Mariquina Pufudi School, Hueimén de Lago Ranco Private School. In the Los Lagos Region that day, the middle quarters of the German School of Puerto Varas resumed classes. Likewise, on Wednesday, the middle rooms of the Liceo Mixto de Los Andes, from the Valparaíso Region, and the Liceo Bicentenario Santa Teresa de Los Andes from the Aysén Region returned.

In the capital, on October 5, five establishments in the eastern sector resumed classes, registering a good number of students there. These are the Tabancura, Los Andes and Huelén schools in Vitacura; and the Cordillera and Colegio Bicentenario Santa María, in Las Condes.
As a counterpart, On October 1, five schools from Pirque had returned to the classrooms with less call. In one of them, no student arrived.
