After two weeks of negotiations, the Union No. 1 of Mega Workers reached an agreement with the signal from the Bethia group to end its legal strike.

This was made known through a letter sent to the members of the community, to which BioBioChile had access.

“Today the collective bargaining process with the Mega Workers’ Union Number 1 concluded, after a vote that was certified by a minister of faith,” they said.

According to the letter, the agreement will be valid for two years from today.

“We invite all Megamedia to resume normal work activities, either from teleworking or in person depending on each case, starting tomorrow, Saturday, November 7, “they added.

The strike and its negotiation complicated the normal operation of the channel, as evidenced in the broadcast on Friday, October 23, Pleasure.

That day, as a result of the strike and as BioBioChile was able to verify, the program delayed its regular broadcast (8:30 am) until after 10:00 am, all this due to the labor dispute.

In his replacement, at that time, the channel decided to extend the broadcast of Mega News AM, because the union in the press area had previously negotiated their labor demands.
