In the case of the Negrete commune, The head of the Municipality’s Planning Secretariat (Secpla), David Encina, is also formalized, who has been under house arrest since Thursday, following PDI proceedings at his office and at his private home, where computers and documentation were seized.
Regarding the case opened in this commune, the court granted four months for the investigation.
In this case there are 14 other people formalized: 10 officials and councilors of the municipality of Iquique, two former officials of the Municipality of Chillán, in addition to the owner and the former general manager of the Itelecom company.
