“May the force be with you”: the premieres with which Disney will celebrate this Monday the “Star Wars Day” | TV and Show

This Monday May 4th, fans of Star wars from around the world will celebrate a new “Star Wars Day”.

It is a popular and annual tradition started by the franchise’s own fans, one that has been endorsed even by Lucasfilm, today a subsidiary company The Walt Disney Company.

Under the message May the 4th be with you ™, which makes a phonetic allusion to the famous phrase “May the Force be with you” (in Spanish), the company’s cable signals ready a series of contents for this Monday.

Disney XD, for example, will celebrate “Star Wars Day” by releasing the new series of eighteen short films Galaxy of Adventures, where memorable moments and iconic characters from the saga are presented.

Also, three new shorts will be released. Star Wars Roll Out, animated series that includes the original adaptation of all the characters to the form of the droid BB-8.

In turn, from 11 am, the audience will be able to enjoy the thematic episodes of Phineas and Ferb: Star Wars, where the brothers will become one with The Force to defeat their evil sister, the Imperial Soldier Candace.

The celebration closes with the broadcast at 23.00 Star Wars: The Force Awakens and then, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story

The festivities, however, will begin on Sunday at 9:00 am with Star wars resistance, where Kaz and his team will face countless dangers, led by Supreme Leader Kylo Ren.

FOX, FOX Life, FX, FOX Premium, Cinecanal, ESPN and FOX Sports, for their part, will join the theme party with the broadcast of “Star Wars Minutes”, 60-second capsules that cover different themes of the saga: from curious facts to summaries of history.

All the shorts “Star Wars Minutes” and the excerpts from “First Lego League” will be available on the different digital platforms and channels until 25 of May, 40th anniversary day of Star Wars: The Contra Empire.
