This Sunday, in the Court of Guarantee of Quilpué, a formalization was carried out. These are 10 people who were arrested in the early morning for participating in a clandestine party. The event was held on a plot in the Colliguay sector, in Quilpué, Valparaíso region.

According to the authorities, Carabineros arrived at the place around 3:00 in the morning on Sunday. This, after receiving complaints from neighbors in the sector, who accused annoying noises. Upon arrival, the uniformed officers found a large number of people, vehicles and alcoholic beverages.

Some managed to escape

Although several of the assistants managed to escape, the police managed to arrest a dozen subjects. Specifically, 9 men and 1 woman, being brought to justice this day.

Specifically, the defendants were under total house arrest for the 60 days that the investigation lasts. The individuals were accused of endangering public health, after participating in the party that brought together 200 people.

50 million fine

For his part, the Health Ministry, Francisco Álvarez, announced that they will issue a fine of $ 50 million to the organizer of the meeting, while the rest of the participants will have to pay between $ 5 million and $ 25 million. “It seems incredible that these types of parties continue to be held, where young people act irresponsibly,” stressed the health authority.
