Lisa Kudrow gives details of the Friends reunion: “We have already shot some parts”

For months, Friends fans have had to wait to see the expected reunion of the original cast, which has been postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

However, Lisa Kudrow delivered good news to those who are eager to see Rachel, Monica, Phoebe, Joey, Chandler and Ross on screen again, through HBO Max.

The actress noted on “Literally”, actor Rob Lowe’s podcast, that “we have already shot some parts. I did a pre-recording so we are definitely going to do it because we already shot something.”

Regarding how the special will be, he said that it will not be a reboot of the series.

“It’s not a scripted thing. We’re not playing our characters. It’s us getting together, which just doesn’t happen much and has never happened in front of other people since 2004 when we finished,” he said.

“I think it’s going to be great,” Lisa Kudrow stressed.

It should be remembered that the special will feature the participation of the six members of the original cast: Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer.
