Lifeless body found in Chicureo: he had multiple wounds

A body was found this Saturday in the Chicureo sector, Colina commune. The body was found inside an irrigation canal. By extracting the person from the canal, it was established that he had several short stab wounds. It would be a crime of homicide, with the participation of third parties.

As explained by the inspector of the PDI’s Metropolitan Homicide Brigade, Jorge Cifuentes, a worker who usually cleans the canal was the one who found the body. Regarding the time of death, Cifuentes pointed out that “a date of 12 to 16 hours is handled.” The inspector pointed out that, although they are waiting for what the Legal Medical Service says, it is believed that he died of his injuries and not drowned.

A man between 25 and 35 years old

So far the body has not been identified. But it was established that it corresponds to a man between 25 and 35 years of age. The Legal Medical Service (SML) arrived in the sector to remove the body. Until the press of this edition, the proceedings of the police in the place are still continuing.
