- Bio bio region: Coronel, Cañete and Lota
- Araucania region: Padre Las Casas, Temuco, Cholchol, Freire, Lautaro and Traiguén.
- River region: Futrono, La Unión, Los Lagos, Valdivia and Lago Ranco.
- Los Lagos Region: Ancud, Calbuco, Chonchi, Los Muermos, Puerto Montt, Osorno, Puqueldón, Quieilén, Quemchi, Maullín and Hualaihué.
- Magallanes Region: Natales and Punta Arenas.

Possibility of extending the benefit
