Kika Silva, who is undergoing these days of quarantine due to the coronavirus in her apartment, has been without sleep for three weeks.

«Yesterday I finished work at 9:30 pm and I took a sleeping remedy and at 4:30 am I was still awake, it is the stress of quarantine, I am all day long. I already tried melatonin, aromatherapy, natural chamomile and I am hopeless, but I have no choice. It is more in the head, it has been crazy, I have used everything, it has to do with the time we are living, ”he recounted in“ Velvet at Breakfast ”, an Instagram program animated by Angélica Castro.

She also says that she is alone with her dog and that she misses her family. “For the first time in my life I want to have a boyfriend, so I won’t be so alone at night. My mom has just been discovered diabetes, I have not been able to see my family for almost two months and I am the only one who is isolated from the family because I am the only one who does not live with my parents, “she added.

On the other hand, Kika believes that as terrible as this moment is, in all areas, you have to try to be positive. “Where there are crises there are opportunities, a new business, a facet that I did not know, we all have to learn with this situation, they are crying out for us to do it, if we do not put the batteries to change things now, there is no going back” , Held.

Projects

These days, Kika is with various projects and spends all day working on her RRSS. “My head is not calm, I want everything I am trying to do to work for me, I work on projects that I am taking forward, foundations, I opened my YouTube channel, I am always inventing things. The foundation does not give me money, but it fills me up, and if I am happy, it will get me some job. ”

As for the famous French fries episode, where she was heavily criticized, she says she started crying. “I am a terrible crybaby, I am very sensitive, but then I started laughing. This is not the time to get serious. Many of the people who wrote me a bad vibe never in their life have cooked a potato chip. If you don’t have problems in life, you don’t learn ”, he added.

Every day in quarantine there will be a new guest in the “Velvet at Breakfast” program animated by Angélica Castro. You can see it on the Intagram Live of @revista_velvet at 10:00 hrs. Monday to Friday.
