Jorge Tarud announces presidential candidacy and asks for primaries to elect PPD standard-bearer: “I have an advantage with my possible competitors, I know how to work on the ground”

Therefore, my party, which is called the Party for Democracy, has to set the example of participation. I welcome Heraldo Muñoz, Francisco Vidal, everyone who wants to compete, but in an open primary ”said Tarud to Third.

Asked if he is in a position to compete as equals with Francisco Vidal and Heraldo Muñoz, Tarud assured: “I have an advantage with my eventual competitors. I know how to work in the field, in neighborhood associations, in social organizations. I did it as a parliamentarian.
