Jib crane collapsed on a house in the district of Independencia | National

A jib crane fell on several houses this Monday morning in the commune of Independencia, on the streets Adolfo Ibáñez with Aníbal Pinto, in an incident that would not have seriously injured people, according to preliminary information.

Traffic is suspended in those streets, Because firefighters and Samu personnel had to go to rescue the place, in addition to the debris caused by the impact of the crane.

Preliminarily, no serious injuries have been reported, although 4 have been injured, and witnesses told Radio Bío Bío that the house where the machine hit was unoccupied.

In addition, some people were trapped between the rubble and the cranes, but were soon released after the work of the Fire Department.

The machine belongs to the Grupo 2 M company, which for unknown reasons collapsed on some homes, affecting -according to the images- mainly an old house in the sector.
