LThe ANFP made official this Wednesday the hiring of Uruguayan coach Martín Lasarte as coach of the Chilean national team replacing Colombian Reinaldo Rueda.
Through a video posted on their social networks, The entity announced the arrival of the “charrúa” to the Red bench to face the road to the Qatar World Cup 2022.
“El Profe is now ready to take on the challenge at La Roja. Meet the coach who will lead us on the route of the Qualifiers towards Qatar 2022 Much success! “, dictates the message.
Lasarte, as detailed in Outdoors in Cooperativa, will arrive accompanied by Sebastian Eguren, the physical trainer Alejandro Souto and the goalkeeping coach Roberto Navajas. They will be joined by a couple of Chilean collaborators, whose names are not yet defined.
