The victim, identified as Claudino Jara (52), was a man living on the streets, but his relatives used to see him in the area. However, he disappeared on September 15, for which a complaint was filed for alleged misfortune.
After several days without news, it was the same relatives who found him on a channel on Sunday afternoon.
