The prosecutor Sergio Moya explained that the discovery occurred in the Los Mares channel and corresponds to a man who was missing two or three days ago.

“He was found handcuffed and is in the Legal Medical Service for an autopsy,” he added.

Prosecutor Sergio Moya indicated that the hypothesis under investigation is homicide, since the body had visible signs that account for the obvious intervention of third parties.

The victim, identified as Claudino Jara (52), was a man living on the streets, but his relatives used to see him in the area. However, he disappeared on September 15, for which a complaint was filed for alleged misfortune.

After several days without news, it was the same relatives who found him on a channel on Sunday afternoon.
