“All the elements of context that were established allowed the court to reach a conviction as the author of the consummated fire, unlike the first trial – annulled – in which he had been convicted of frustrated arson, “said after the hearing the prosecutor Manuel Guerra.
“This, in our concept, it will mean a particularly greater penalty than the one that had been decreed in the first trial and with effective enforcement. We are satisfied and we hope that the penalty is commensurate with the seriousness of the events, “added the persecutor.
The sentence will be released on next February 19, at a hearing scheduled for the 13:00 hours.
