In this sense, the chef indicated that he has been more concerned these months about his mental health, confessing that it has been a help.
“I’m not a man to go to the psychologist, but mental health is something that we always put a little aside. I had a talk with psychologists on the other hand, the pandemic precisely, and I realized that we did have to take care of our mental health, which is a disease without taboo. We don’t have to have taboo for that. If your arm hurts, your brain can also hurt, but the symptoms are not obvious. So it is difficult ”, he concluded.
