“Maybe that’s the hardest … because there is no mistake that I have made or that was paying the consequences of poor performance, it just happened to me and there was nothing to do,” he added.
Layoff
“I did not know how I would face the layoff,” says that was one of the first thoughts when he heard the news.
“I had never been fired, once my contract was not renewed, but it definitely doesn’t feel the same.”
