Yesterday the Government gave very good news for many, the authorization for travel between regions, but only in communes that are from phase 3 onwards.

The measure, within the Plan “Step by step”, It will begin on Monday, September 28, and a special permit will be issued to travel between different regions.

“People who are in communes in Preparation, Initial Opening and Advanced Opening will be able to move between the communes that are in the same situation and this permit, this possibility of mobility, will begin to operate next Monday,” explained the undersecretary of Public Health, Paula Daza.

Where can I travel?

The communes that are in quarantine or in phase 2 of Transition, will not be allowed to transfer to communes in other regions.

Not so, the communes that are in Preparation, Initial Opening and Advanced Opening, since people who live in these communes will be able to travel to other regions, but destined for communes in the same quality, that is, they cannot enter areas in phase 1 or 2.

This permission may be requested at www.comisariavirtual.cl. and it will not authorize the movement during curfew hours, nor the transfer of sanitary cords.

Who cannot have this permission?

In no case may a person who is in the active covid-19 registers maintained by the health authority and all those persons subject to mandatory isolation measures by virtue of Exempt Resolution No. 591 of 2020 and its modifications obtain this permission later.
