Why non-alcoholic beer?
For the production of non-alcoholic beer, ordinary beer (usually with an alcohol content of 5%) undergoes an industrial process that allows you to separate water and alcohol from all its other components (aromas, colors, tastes, etc.). Then this mixture of water and alcohol is separated into two components, and only the non-alcoholic phase is mixed with what was separated in the previous step. Thus, two products are obtained: non-alcoholic beer and alcohol, which was separated from the original beer.
