The Comptroller took reason, with scope, of the decree prepared by the Government that modifies the decree of a state of constitutional exception regarding public officials.

This decision comes one day after the Government confirmed that it had withdrawn from the Comptroller’s Office the decree entered less than a week ago. to grant new supervisory powers to municipal officials during the pandemic.
