To steal his bicycle, that was the insignificant motive he had a 17-year-old to brutally assassinate a 23-year-old worker in Hualpén, last July, who was arrested and placed in temporary custody, following the court’s decision.
The crude murder of the young worker Matías Tapia, 23, occurred on the afternoon of July 27 of this year, in Atenas street, in Hualpén.
The victim was shot dead by an unknown person when he was returning to his home by bicycle, after working hours as an instrumentalist technician, in the works of the Bío Bío clinic.
The thug intercepted him and shot him four times, the commissioner recalled, Oscar Alvarado, of the Homicide Brigade of the PDI of Concepción.
The deranged robber shot him four times, three of the shots hit Matías’s backpack and the fourth hit his head, causing his death on the spot.
The young criminal was arrested early Friday morning, as confirmed by the same Commissioner Alvarado.
The Talcahuano guarantee court left him in temporary hospitalization, granting three months to conclude the investigation.
