Carabineros arrested a group of 11 people in Cerrillos on Monday night, in the middle of the commemoration of the “Day of the Young Combatant” after discovering that they were carrying 35 incendiary items in a vehicle, in addition to objects – including clothing and a credential – belonging to a human rights NGO; something that was listed as “very serious” by the Government.
The incident occurred at the intersection of Lo Errázuriz with Las Flores, where the subjects were inspected by police personnel who registered the three vehicles in which they were mobilized, and discovered that they were carrying these elements.
