Within days of announcing its new release date, Sony has unveiled a new video of Ghost of Tsushima to reveal the background of its protagonist, Jin Sakai, on his way to become “the Ghost”.
Trained by your uncle Shimura, the lord of Tsushima, Jin was raised on the samurai path. However, the invading wave of Mongolia forces Jin to change his tactics and move away from his teacher’s teachings. In this way, stealth and deception will be your best allies on a journey through the entire Tsushima region, where he will establish unusual alliances to defeat the Mongol leader Khotun Kan.
Ghost of Tsushima will premiere next July 17th as one of the last great PlayStation 4 exclusives. Powered by Sucker Punch, study behind the inFamous saga, the title promises to have a great open world in which to fight impressive battles. Recently, it was also reported that the game will not display targets on the map to enhance exploration.
