A surprise announcement was made yesterday Monday in “Hola Chile” when Germán Schiessler’s departure from the La Red program was reported.
“We have to fire a tremendous friend, a partner, a tremendous person. Today our dear Germán is leaving,” said Julia Vial, and then showed a video with the journalist passing through the space.

For his part, Eduardo de la Iglesia affirmed that “I wish you the best in the world, you have a wonderful family to row through every day and I hope we will meet again very soon. We are going to miss you very much.”
Schiessler thanked the team for the farewell, noting that “I was very happy. It was three and a half years, there (in the video) we saw images where the program had more joke, we showed when we went to the afternoon, which was a change gigantic”.
“It was a pleasure for me to be part of this team. I think I was a good soccer player, that’s the way I am: loyal, committed, a good partner, I’m not arguing, looking for the cahuín,” he said.
In the same way, he assured that “I am going to miss them, naturally. I would have liked to continue, but things did not happen.”
“Life has to go on, I think new opportunities can be opened, I don’t know if it’s on TV, but I think we have to move on,” he said.
“I’m not changing the channel, I don’t have other offers, things just didn’t work out, it’s not worth delving into that. As I said, I would have liked to continue, but it is part of the conversations and you have to turn the page” , he finished.
It should be remembered that the departure of Germán Schiessler is the second that the program has experienced in recent weeks, after the goodbye of Cony Roberts.
