On the other hand, Servel sources specify that the person’s authorization is always required to make a change in the electoral address. And they add that when it is a change of commune -not only from one precinct to another- in no case can this modification be attributed to the relocation of voters that the body has made in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.
