Fresia and Los Muermos to quarantine and three other communes go back to Step 2 | National

In the balance made this Thursday by the Ministry of Health, new movements were announced in the Step by Step plan, which will be made effective this Saturday, October 10 at 5:00 a.m.

The Undersecretary for Crime Prevention, Katherine Martorell, was in charge of communicating the following restrictive measures for communes in three regions of the country:

Go back to Quarantine Step 1

Los Lagos Region:
-Fresia
-Los Muermos

They go back to Transition Step 2 (quarantine on weekends and holidays)

Bio bio region:
-Cañete

Araucania region:
-Collipulli
-Pucón

Martorell affirmed that those who are in communes in Transition, and need to go out during the weekends, will be able to do so with a permit that is issued only once a week.

For his part, for this day, the Undersecretary of Assistance Networks, Arturo Zúñiga, explained that they reported 1,575 new cases of coronavirus, of which 440 are asymptomatic. Meanwhile, he maintained that there was 77 deaths in the last 24 hours.
