The national actress Fernanda Urrejola will be part of the cast of the new movie of Clint eastwood.

The news was confirmed through the portal The Hollywood Reporter, where they specify that the filming is taking place these days in New Mexico.

The film -as it is customary- will be directed and starred by Eastwood with a story based on the writer’s book N. Richard Nash, He is also co-author of the script with Nick Schenk (“La mula”, “Gran Torino”).

According to the film studio behind the film, the story centers on “a rodeo star and a horse breeder who, in 1978, accepts the job of a former boss to take his young son away from his mother’s alcoholism.”

“Crossing rural Mexico back to Texas, the unlikely couple faces an unexpectedly challenging journey,” they add.

In this scenario, Urrejola will play the child’s mother, whose abuse and neglect almost ends up taking his life.

The producers of the film are Al Ruddy, Tim Moore and Jessica Meier and Clint Eastwood himself.
