Falabella began a gradual reopening of its stores last Saturday, reaching a total of 16 stores that are already operating in regions. Regarding Santiago, there is still no clarity on an official date.
“Last Saturday, we opened some of our stores in regions, which have operated with strict safety and prevention protocols to protect the health of our employees and clients. The reopening has been gradual and is a flexible process that is evaluated day by day, depending on the provisions of the respective authorities, “the company said.
Specifically, the stores that opened on Saturday are: Antofagasta, Ovalle, La Calera, Viña del Mar, Valparaíso, San Felipe, Melipilla, Talca, Curicó, Chillán, Temuco, Pucón, Valdivia, Osorno, Puerto Montt, Castro.
Among the measures for the operation of the stores, Falabella indicated that changes were made in opening hours and work shifts, as well as adjustments in the ordering of the premises.
“This includes, among other aspects, distance demarcation in cashier centers, controlled admission, mandatory use of masks, permanent sanitation and cleaning routines, and training for employees to meet the new requirements of our clients and respond to sanitary requirements” , the company detailed.
