The PPD deputy and president of the investigative commission of the case, Rodrigo González, assured that given the information collected, President Piñera must demand the resignation of the Superintendent of Gambling Casinos, Vivien Villagrán.
Meanwhile, his peer on the investigative commission, the deputy for National Renovation, Alejandro Santana, He assured that there is no way to financially link the president, due to the legal status of his blind trusts.
For his part, expert lawyer in free competition and academic from the University of Chile, Francisco Agüero, argues that the extension of the extension for casinos is justified by their inability to operate from the social outbreak, and even more during the pandemic.
