The Disciplinary Court of the ANFP ordered the suspension of Lautaro de Buin’s debut in the First B. This Saturday, the Second Chamber of the organism informed that the Toquis will not be able to debut in the promotion of national football, until the appeal of Fernández Vial against him for allegedly having presented adulterated or falsified documentation in the contracts of the players Hans Martínez and José Barrera, in addition to not having the registration in the Financial Market Commission to participate in the professionalism.

On Thursday, the body in charge of national football filed a request against the entire Metropolitan Region, with the aim of verifying whether there was false information in the links of the aforementioned players. “From the review carried out, it was unequivocally concluded that Lautaro de Buin submitted false information to the ANFP regarding the employment contracts of at least two professional footballers,” the text indicated.

Initially, the Court was going to review the complaint on Tuesday, April 6, after the duel between Lautaro de Buin and Deportes Santa Cruz, for the Chilean B. However, this Saturday, The Second Chamber decided to suspend the participation of the Toquis in the tournament until the situation is clarified, following the accusations of Fernández Vial and Unión San Felipe, which warn of an alleged lack of registration of the club in the CMF. According to the ANFP text, they even risk disaffiliation.

Finally, the Second Chamber of the Court ordered its Minister of Faith to “Communicate by the fastest and most urgent means, the appellant, the Representative of the ANFP, the Club Lautaro de Buin and all those who have an interest in this matter.”
