Following the decision of the Constitutional Court, taken by eight votes in favor and two against, the plenary session of the Santiago Appeals Court must decide whether to remove Aracely Leuquén’s parliamentary jurisdiction to face the trial for the complaint filed for the crime of insults in the 4th Court of Guarantee.
