He deputy Florcita Alarcón announced this Friday afternoon his resign from the Humanist Party, after knowing the initiation of a sanctioning process against him as a result of complaints of sexual violence against him.

“In recent days a set of complaints have been exposed in which I have been involved as a deputy, artist and person. Given these events, I have decided, with great regret, to resign from the Humanist Party in which I have been a member since its foundation, ”he says.

“With this decision I seek to avoid that the party and its militancy are affected and unity for the constituent process is compromised,” he added.

“I want to express my will to clarify this situation and my unrestricted commitment to the truth,” he concluded.
