Through social networks, Lorenzini has launched a campaign to accuse a alleged triangulation between AFP Habitat and Moneda Asset Management, and in which he has also pointed to President Piñera.
The FyF leader accuses that the President has part of his blind trust in a Moneda fund, which in turn invests in ILC, which participates in the ownership of AFP Habitat. The latter, at the same time, invests in Moneda funds.
The leader of the firm, who sells a subscription to access his recommendations on changes between the AFP multifunds, accuses a violation of the Article 45 bis of DL 3,500—Which rules the system—, which establishes that the resources of the pension funds may not be invested, directly or indirectly, in shares of AFPs and insurance companies, among others.

In view of the questions from the FyF leader, the Superintendency of Pensions has ruled out irregularities in the control process of AFP Habitat’s investments in Moneda Asset.
The “Investigative Commission of the Government agencies in the event of possible infractions to the applicable legislation, by the AFPs when carrying out their investment operations through other entities” was promoted by the deputies Pablo Vidal (ex RD), Carmen hertz (PERSONAL COMPUTER), Natalia Castillo (ex RD), Alejandro Bernales (PL) and Maya fernandez (P.S).
