The Ministry of Health reported this Saturday that in the last 24 hours they reported 98 deaths associated with the coronavirus.

Meanwhile, new infected were 3,920, of which 2,537 are cases with symptoms and 1,191 are asymptomatic.

In total throughout the country the active cases amount to 22,363.

Likewise, according to the Ministry of Health, since the Covid-19 pandemic spread in Chile, 772,395 people have suffered from the disease. Of these, 730,204 recovered.

The deaths in the last hours due to this disease were 98; with which the total number of deaths for this cause reached 19,443.

In the health network, in addition, there are currently 1,530 patients hospitalized for coivd-19 and 1,307 of them are connected to mechanical ventilation.

Finally, Minsal reported taking 54,720 PCR tests in the last hours.
