The Fourth Guarantee Court of Santiago decided to maintain the precautionary measure of preventive detention against Hernán Calderón Argandoña, rejecting the defense’s request to seek other alternatives.
Among those, they asked that “Nano” be transferred from Santiago 1 and serve house arrest.
However, the court rejected these requests, maintaining the precautionary for alleged frustrated patricide.

It should be remembered that Hernán Calderón Salinas withdrew from the original complaint and now it was for the criminal offense of serious injuries within the context of domestic violence.
