The Talcahuano Guarantee Court declared admissible the complaint filed by the police who shot two minors inside the home of Sename Carlos Macera in the port commune of the Bío Bío region.

Second Sgt. John Mograve is in custody for injuring the two teenagers on Wednesday.

The complaint filed by the sergeant is for the crime of mistreatment of police officers against those who are responsible for the attacks against the uniformed officers who ended up injured during the incident.

This legal action describes the attacks that the police officer claims to have suffered during the attacks after arriving with SAMU to transfer a minor who would have been decompensated.

The complaint seeks that the investigation be carried out in parallel to the one initiated last Wednesday by the Talcahuano Prosecutor’s Office.
