It was confirmed that the ammunition used against the worker is 7.57 fired by a war rifle.

Personally, the prosecutor of the High Complexity Prosecutor’s Office (FIAC), Enrique Vasquez, led the diligence, together with PDI officials, into the Aguas Buenas farm on the way to the Curaco sector in Collipulli, where on October 3, a van with workers was shot and killed, resulting in a fatal head injury. The deadly assault occurred when the fatal victim was moving after his work shift with other employees in a van, establishing that the bullet that hit him in the head is. 7.57 corresponding to a war rifle.

On the way they were intercepted by around eight hooded men, who under threat of firearms forced them to get out of the vehicle to burn it and then start shooting, hitting the worker.

Upon arrival of the first emergency teams, the worker was transferred to the Collipulli hospital and later to the Angol Hospital where he died.
