This Monday, after 7:30 p.m., the Comptroller General of the Republic took of reason the promulgative decree signed by the president that authorizes the second withdrawal of up to 10% of pension funds.
After an intense debate, Congress passed the government’s bill into law last week, lacking only administrative procedures.
Sources familiar with the process confirmed BioBioChile that the decree reached the Comptroller’s Office during the afternoon hours of this Monday, where they gave maximum speed to the processing considering the context and importance.
Now it only remains for the text to be published in the Official Gazette (which depends on the Ministry of the Interior) to be officially a Law of the Republic, which could happen in the next few hours or days.
However, it has already been advanced that the request to materialize the second withdrawal will begin to be received via the web from next Thursday, December 10.
