After a long silence, Black and white, concessionaire that governs the destinations of Colo Colo, declared this Tuesday regarding the case of Leonardo Valencia on domestic violence towards Valeria Perez, her former partner, in a formal letter issued to the deputy Ximena Ossandón.
In the letter, signed by the general manager Alexander Paul, the club advocates respecting the judicial process that takes place in the San Bernardo Guarantee Court, where the parties are summoned for a hearing on November 3 not to persevere with the procedure.
In addition, they clarify that they want to be certain of the judicial opinion before issuing a “value judgment” based on the “sacred right of presumption of innocence that assists any citizen.”
